Rihanna in New York in May of 2009 where she rocked a pair of  criss-cross PVC stockings as she leaves a restaurant in downtown Manhattan. She also wore tiny denim hotpants, Karl Lagerfeld sunglasses and a chain which hung from ear to ear. She out her black peep-toe heels and red lips. Her black hair was brushed forward with blonde highlights on top. Very punk – we love it!
