Lady Gaga in July of 2010 in concert on NBC’s “Today Show” Toyota Concert Series at Rockefeller Center in New York City. She looked sexy in these black fishnet stockings complete with garter belt. Rihanna in New York in May of 2009 where she rocked a pair of  criss-cross PVC stockings as she leaves a restaurant in downtown Manhattan. She also wore tiny denim hotpants, Karl Lagerfeld sunglasses and a chain which hung from ear to ear. She out her black peep-toe heels and red lips. Her black hair was brushed forward with blonde highlights on top. Very punk – we love it!
